Free returns

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your items for a refund or credit if they do not suit you.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (original box, pouch, etc.).
Return shipping costs are free of charge.

- Contact us via our contact form "Write us" with the reason for the return to obtain your prepaid slip

- Prepare the product intact in its packaging (original box, pouch, etc.).

- Print the return form and stick it on your parcel

- Drop it off at the post office.

*Items purchased from a retailer must be returned directly to the retailer.
