Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery country.

Here are our delivery options : 

  • Metropolitan France: MONDIAL RELAY: €5 / DOMICILE DELIVERY: €7 / EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY: €10
  • Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany and Netherlands: HOME DELIVERY : 10€
  • Spain (excluding Balearic Islands), Austria, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ireland : HOME DELIVERY : 12€
  • Finland, Greece and Sweden : HOME DELIVERY : 17€

Initial shipping fees are waived for any order within Mainland France with a total (excluding shipping costs) over €200 including VAT.

For delivery, please allow 4 to 8 working days after validation of your order.

For delivery requests from other countries, you can contact our customer service from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, by email at bonjour@maisontoufet.com or by phone at +33 6 62 72 13 44. You will receive a response within a maximum of 72 hours.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in orders due to postal or payment delays.

Transport management is one of the areas with the greatest impact on the environment, and there are several ways of reducing its impact:

- reduce the number of transports to the bare essentials,

- consider transport partners, etc...

- send fewer parcels, save the environment!

In order to limit our carbon footprint, if your order contains several models, one of which is on pre-order, we will ship the entire order in a single parcel when the pre-ordered pair becomes available.

 However, if you would like to receive the remainder of your order before the restocking date of our pre-order model, you can write to us at the following address: bonjour@maisontoufet.com

Order tracking :

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel.
You can also track your order in "My account / My orders".

Returns and refunds :

Returns or exchanges?

Returns are free of charge only from Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica).

From metropolitan France (excluding Corsica): You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your items for a refund or credit if they do not suit you.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (original box, pouch, etc.).

Shipping costs for returns are free from metropolitan France. Here is the procedure: 

  • Contact us via our " Contact " form and we will send you the return slip.
  • Print the return slip and stick it on your parcel,
  • Contact the transporter on 0825 10 00 80 to arrange collection
  • The parcel can be collected from the address of your choice. 
From abroad and Corsica, returns are at your expense and must be made within 14 days.
Contact us via the " Contact " form and we'll let you know how to proceed.

*Items purchased from a retailer must be returned directly to the retailer.
** We do not offer standard exchanges on our www.maisontoufet.com website . For a new size, another model or another color, simply reorder on
our e-shop.

For return requests from other countries, please contact us directly via our contact form.

Repayment terms

Your order will be refunded to your credit card within 10 to 14 days of receipt of the returned product. It may take a few days before the refund appears on your account.
Please note that orders paid for with a gift card or credit note will be automatically refunded as a credit note.
